Shipping Policy

OFL Furniture uses Fedex services for our shipping needs. All orders placed on our site will be processed in 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours(weekdays only) for delivery to the address provided at the checkout stage on our website store portal. If the item is not in stock, our customers will be notified by email of a delay in shipping or the need for a substitution for a similar item . All X chairs are offered with a 30 day satisfaction warranty upon delivery to our customers. All X chair orders are sent out free of charge to all areas of Canada excluding Nunavut and the Northwest territories. If you reside in these areas please reach out by email before entering items into your shopping cart . We will then modify the cart to reflect the charges to these remote areas.

Return Policy

OFL Furniture stands behind all X chairs purchased on our site to be free of manufacturers defects upon arrival to your address. In the event an item is delivered damaged please note this on the carrier waybill before taking delivery. After inspection if any parts are damaged please do not assemble your chair and reach out by phone or email to us to discuss the issues. X Chair will then supply the replacement parts required and ship direct to our customers address provided. In the event the damage is not repairable please wait for the Return ship box to arrive with the Fedex label to return (at no cost) to our address. A replacement chair will be sent out at our expense in this situation. No other returns are accepted unless image or description on the website is incorrect.
