At OFL Furniture, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or traditional returns. However, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution within our company guidelines, which may include the steps outlined below.

- Replace the product (customer will be responsible for return shipment costs to us)

For your convenience, we also offer professional assembly services for a nominal fee. If you prefer not to assemble your office chair or furniture yourself, simply ask us about this option and take your product home ready to use.
