At OFL Furniture, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or traditional returns. However, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution within our company guidelines, which may include the steps outlined below.

1. Repair the product (parts shipment)
2. Replace the product (customer will be responsible for return shipment costs to us)

For your convenience, we also offer professional assembly services for a nominal fee. If you prefer not to assemble your office chair or furniture yourself, simply ask us about this option and take your product home ready to use.
